London Heathrow Airport


It is the largest and most busiest airport of london. The airport is owned and operated by BAA. It is is located towards the southern end of the London Borough of Hillingdon, 24 km (15 miles) west of Central London. There are 4 terminals at this airport and the fifth one is under construction. The airport holds nearly 67 millions passengers every year.

London Gatwick Airport

It is London's second largest airport and the second busiest airport in the UK after Heathrow. It is located in Crawley, West Sussex (originally Charlwood, Surrey) 2.7 nm (5 km or 3 miles) north of the town centre, 24.7 nm (46 km or 28 miles) south of London and 21.6 nm (40 km or 25 miles) north of Brighton.
With about 200 destinations the airport handled over 34 million passengers. There are two terminals at Gatwick; North and South.



Liverpool John Lennon Airport

The airport is located 12Km (7miles) southeast of Liverpool. It served nearly 4.96 million passangers in year 2006. By road, the airport is readily accessible by the M53, M56,M57 and M62 motorways. Birmingham International Airport

There are 2 terminals on the Airport.The airfield is capable of handling all aircraft types. The main runway is 12,002 feet long. The secondary runway is 7,100 feet long.

This airport was initially known as Ringway Airport.It is located on the boundary between Cheshire and Manchester in the metropolitan county of Greater Manchester.

It has two parallel runways, three adjacent terminals, and a railway station.The airport is owned by the Manchester Airport Group which is controlled by a group of ten local authorities in the Greater Manchester area.

This airport is the fourth busiest airport in the UK.

The airport provides regular direct flights to many destinations worldwide by 85 airlines.
